  • Introduced the PowerKit-Pro, the technological successor to the PowerKit-TL.

2006

  • Introduced the MAX 7500-PRO, Panamax’s first IP addressable power conditioner (with optional ethernet card accessory)
  • Acquired Furman Sound, a leading manufacturer of power management products in both the Pro Audio/Video and Home Theater markets

2005

  • Introduced AVM™(Automatic Voltage Regulation)
  • Panamax acquired by Nortek, Inc.
  • Introduced a family of five new EX component power conditioners.

2004

  • Introduced the Max 5410 Power Conditioner with RS232 control interface for home automation systems.

2003

  • Introduced innovative Max In-Wall family for aesthetically pleasing, code-compliant installations of plasma screen TVs.
  • Antenna/CATV protection circuit approved by Time Warner Cable for use with their cable modems.

2002

  • Satellite TV protection circuit approved by EchoStar for their DishPro systems.
  • Introduced the MAX 5510, the first switchable Isolated Power / Balanced Power line conditioner, $1299 MSRP
